Finally! It’s time to connect through push-hands again! In his first Vancouver workshop in a few years, Sam Masich will explore two of the most important components of the entire Taijiquan push-hands curriculum: Four Hands and Dalü. These are the formal exercises that train the 'four-squares' and the 'four-corners' in Taijiquan.
All levels will benefit from this in-depth workshop.
Times: 9am to 4pm daily (noon-2pm break)
Cost: $200 CDN (or $125 single day)
Location: Glen Park (E23rd & Windsor). Outdoors in covered area.
